Search for Properties

Many properties are publicly advertised for sale, many are not. Approximately 25% of the properties that we purchase are Off Market. Our Buyer Agents have extensive Real Estate Networks to give you access to more properties than those simply advertised on the internet.

Research & Value

Once a suitable property has been identified, we will conduct due diligence and an extensive report which includes an appraisal of the property’s market value. A property negotiation should never commence without this step being completed thoroughly.

Kim and her team took the stress away from the property buying process and made it so easy for me. Every question and concern that I had, Kim was able to answer straight away. The purchasing process went almost too easy and too smooth I even thought I there was something I forgot to do. The team at Elite was very polite, professional, attentive and quick to respond to any query that I raised. Kim knows very well about the property market. She helped me find properties that satisfy my requirements and only shortlisted the ones that are of high qualities, in good areas and fit well within my budget.
