Settlement went as planned today and we would like to say thank you for all the work you put in to find us such a fantastic property. Three months ago we hadn’t even heard of a Buyer Advocate, or any of the Suburbs you guided us towards I might add, and we were about to make a mistake of buying an investment property in our own area. We can see how much of a mistake that would have been now by the number of properties with “for lease” boards around us. Lee & I are usually pretty cautious and won’t sign up on the spot for anything, preferring to think things over for a day or two to ensure we are making the right decision, but after our first meeting we knew you were the right person to help us.
