She explained what an advocate offers and, after careful consideration, we agreed that engaging an advocate would be a great way to buy our first home.

Working with Kim was a wholly positive experience. She was forthright, insightful, competent and always positive. She demonstrated great interpersonal skills dealing with us, and with real estate professionals from whom she elicited considerable respect. At our first meeting with Kim we discussed what kind of property we were looking for. Having listened carefully, Kim told us that, with her assistance we would be able to end our long search and successfully purchase a home within 2-3 months. This claim seemed bold to us, but she was right! She really understood what kind of place we were looking for and didn’t waste our time inspecting duds. We attended two auctions, the second of which got us our home!

While Kim herself was outstanding, she clearly works with a strong team. The quality of service including property reports, market reviews, communication and advice, and auction support was excellent. The experience made property buying more like an exciting team experience than the frustrating disappointment it had been when we had been doing it alone.
