Dave is extremely knowledgeable and has a passion for properties which shines through in the results. In the last 4 months we have purchased 2 properties via EBA and both times Dave has saved us 1,000s of dollars. He handles most of the to-and-fro between lawyers, agents, and of course the vendor. I can’t recommend EBA and especially Dave high enough.
