You can’t get more cool, calm and collected than Anil. As our Senior Property Manager, he’s seen his fair share of stressful situations, but takes it all in his stride having served in the Navy Armed Forces. From there he enjoyed an opportunity to work on several building and renovation projects, which led him to commercial and residential real estate. The rest, as they say, is history.
Anil’s training helps him make the right decisions in often tricky moments, as the go-between for landlords and tenants, and advising on renovations for investment properties. But even more so, it enables him to find a positive solution to any problem. He’s a big believer in always finding a way forward, relieving stress for his clients and creating positive results.
Originally from the USA, he’s worked in the US, Dubai, Pakistan and spent the last seven years in Australia, so he has a great grip on diverse cultural values. It helps him build closer relationships with his tenants/landlords. And for stress relief, it’s indulging in his passion for high adrenaline activities!
