Melbourne Buyers Agent
Melbourne Buyers Agent Overview of the CBD
It’s hard to beat being a Melbourne Buyers Agent being one of the worlds my livelable cities based on The Economist Intelligence Unit’s 2018 Global Liveability Index, which assesses living conditions in 140 cities globally. It boasts some of the best sporting and recreational facilities in the world. Melbourne has consistently ranked as one of the world’s three most liveable cities since the index began in 2002. Our cohesive and stable society, healthcare, education, and world-class infrastructure make Melbourne a magnificent city in which to live and work
Easy to recruit talented professionals
Melbourne’s lifestyle is an easy sell when recruiting and retaining talented professionals. Victoria is home to the most educated people in Australia. Over half of all Victorians aged 15-64 hold a post-secondary qualification, while over one quarter have a university degree. Finding motivated and skilled professionals is easy and you’ll have no trouble convincing your own talent to come with you. Australia is ranked highly by expats as a destination for working abroad.
As the world’s most liveable city five years running, Melbourne has received perfect scores for healthcare every year. Victorians are a group of healthy and active citizens, but when our health deteriorates, we’re lucky to have one of the strongest healthcare systems in the world. We have a very high standard and quality of healthcare in both public and private hospital systems, as well as community health services, ambulance and dental services.
Clean green parks and fresh air
In the middle of our bustling city, take a break to calm and restore yourself with age-old trees, manicured lawns and abundant wildlife in a pocket of calm and tranquility. In the city of Melbourne itself, wander the tree-lined pathways through the Treasury and Fitzroy Gardens, the sculptured terraces of Birrarung Marr, or the masterfully designed Royal Botanic Gardens with its ornamental labyrinth of lawns, gently weaving paths and venerable old trees.
Quality schools and university education
Melbourne is home to some of the best schools and universities in the world. With 10 world-class universities, Melbourne is also home to the highest ranked university in Australia and the third highest in Asia-Pacific. There are over 2500 schools in Victoria and over 1300 schools in Melbourne. The majority of Victorian and Melbourne schools are co-educational, with a small number of Victorian or Melbourne schools being single-sexed schools.
