The Elite Property Advisory trading as Elite Buyer Agents will be what’s known as the ‘Controller’ of the personal data you provide to us. We only collect basic personal data about you which does not include any special types of information or location based information. This does however include name, address, email etc.

Why we need it

We need to know your basic personal data in order to provide you with notice writing and analysis services in line with this overall contract. We will not collect any personal data from you we do not need in order to provide and oversee this service to you.

What we do with it

All the personal data we process is processed by our staff in Australia however for the purposes of IT hosting (via Radium Media www.radiummedia.com.au) and maintenance this information is located on servers within the Australia, European Union and United States. No 3rd parties have access to your personal data unless the law allows them to do so.

We have a Data Protection regime in place to oversee the effective and secure processing of your personal data. More information on this framework can be found on our website.

How long we keep it

We are required under Australian tax law to keep your basic personal data (name, address, contact details) for a minimum of 6 years after which time it will be destroyed. Your information we use for marketing purposes will be kept with us until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive this information. What we would also like to do with it

We would however like to use your name and email address to inform you of our future offers and similar products. Elite Buyer Agents was founded in 2011 by Kim Easterbrook, a leading real estate consultant, Elite Buyer Agents are dedicated to providing a full range of property advocacy services to clients across Melbourne and beyond.  Working exclusively for the benefit of our clients, we stand by our ethos, ‘we’re on your side’.

How do we collect information from you?

We obtain information about you when you use our website, for example, when you contact us about our services, donate to us, or contact Elite Property Advisory trading as Elite Buyer Agents directly, or if you register to receive one of our weekly newsletters.

What type of information is collected from you?

When you are making a direct deposit to our bank for our services, your payment is processed by a third party payment processor that is wholly owned by a banking institution in Australia. If you have any questions regarding secure payment transactions, please contact us.

Our web site may also use the MouseFlow web site recording service. MouseFlow is a product that has been developed by MouseFlow LLC. Data collected by MouseFlow from the MouseFlow website is for Elite Property Advisory trading as Elite Buyer Agents Enteprises internal use only. The information collected is used to improve our website usability and is stored and used for aggregated and statistical reporting. Additionally, for website statistics usage and analytics we use Google Analytics and tagging platforms.

Phone call recording

Your calls may be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes, please inform the reservations consultant if you do not wish your call to be recorded or monitored.
